Every other session alternates between engaging book reads and enlightening audio listens, ensuring fresh perspectives on all things health and wellness. 

The Media Club is free to join and you are welcome to procure the book from your local library or via a digital source.  If you'd like to receive the book of the month without any hassle this subscription is for you!  You will be shipped each Book Club Read in plenty of time to read & join the discussions.

Sign up by the 1st of the month to receive that month's book.  Books will ship on the 20th of the month for the following month.

For example:  To receive January's book, sign up by Jan 1st.  February's book will ship on Jan 20th.
