PRIVACY POLICY

<p><strong>We want you to absolutely LOVE all of your items!</strong></p>
<p>On the off chance you do not... we have a 30-day return policy on most items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.&nbsp; &nbsp;Special orders and items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable.&nbsp; Orders of more than 3 of the same item are considered a special order.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>To be eligible for a return, we prefer that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Exceptions / non-returnable items</strong><br>Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or on orders with large quantities of the same item.&nbsp; We do not accept dental products, feminine care or intimacy products, or items from the following brands:&nbsp; Higher Dose, Ultrahuman, Echo Water, Austin Air, Heavenly Heat, 360 Cookware, Field Company or Evaya.</p>
<p><strong>Exchanges</strong> <br>The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.</p>
<p><strong>Refunds</strong> <br>We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
